Have i hit puberty yet? Will my penis be big? or do i just have a small dick?

i am 14 years old. i have lots of pubic hair, armpit hair, but only 3 chest hairs and my leg hair no one can see but myself and parents. but here comes the problem; when hard i have a 3.74" penis and when soft i have a 1.08" penis...i am so worried...next year i go to high school and everyone says oh i have a huge 5" penis...am im like "omg" plz help me im so worried
