Hognose Snake Setup Question?

ok so I have an aquarium measuring 24" long x 12" deep and 15" high. If i put 2 inches of aspen in with 2 hides (one on each side), a water bowl, some fake plants and a heat mat covering half the aquarium set to 24 C. would this be an ok set up for a hognose snake to live in for it's whole life. thanks ps i think this tank is a 15 gallon correct me if i'm wrong.
