Do my mice have mites?

I bought 4 mice just less than a week ago. I'm using aspen bedding and they are all scratching themselves like crazy. Sometimes they even jump as if something has suddenly bitten them. I also see them groom each other. Do they have mites? If so what would be the best next steps to take? And how can I be sure that they do have mites if that is the case?
