Guys... i need you to answer me a guy to guy question?

Im 14 and i have a few questions about my penis. It is really little like 1 inch soft and 3 inch hard. It isnt really the right shape its like a little bit fatter at bottom and skinnier at top then like at the very top it comes to a point. will it be like this for ever? is there some thing wrong?
