The most confusing question, where should i study abroad,UK,CANADA or AUSTRALIA?

I am currently doing my A-Levels(CIE,affiliated with UK board) from Pakistan.This is my last year and INSHAALLAH by next year i'll graduate.I have plans to go abroad but i have very little knowledge about the universities in the countries i mentioned in my question.I am a commerce student and i plan to go for either accounting or some other course related to business management. can anyone of you please advise me of which university to choose and for which course? and lastly what about CFA? is it worth doing it? and from where? hoping to get some positive responses :)
