My pet rat is acting weird?

that happend to mine but she lived after 2 days her back feet where good again but she was 8 months i think you should take yours to a vet let him take a look and if it is bad and he cant do anything for your pet rat then i hate to say you should let him be put down so he wont suffer hope everything goes well :)
