Wordpress advert issue?

I am making an affiliate marketing website and I am using wordpress as the cms. I've made a template that is the same for each page, however on each page will be different adverts in a unique order so at the moment I will need to insert the advert code and html on each page (which will take days) but I want to just insert the ad code into a tool or file and it would identify which page is requesting which adverts and insert the advert code into the html automatically. I've checked many advert managers but none of them support a template, only zones and they don't give the capability of having specific adverts for specific pages.
