Paper bedding or Aspen wood shavings bedding?

with paper bedding e.g newspaper shreddings/normal paper if they get wet the ink can poison the hamster or the paper could hurt theyre cheek pouches. but wood shavings are much better as they are more absorbant and are soft and comfortable. also it gets ride of the musky smell :) you can get this from any pet store e.g pets at home,
